It's been awhile

Well I have finally taken the time to update our blog. For those who haven't hear Natalie is officially a big sister. Caleb Robert Mullaney arrived December 12, 2008 at 2:18 a.m.. He weighed in at 6lbs. 10oz. and was 19.25 inches long. He now weighs a whopping 7 1/2 lbs. He is our little peanut. He has grown two inches already so his clothes are starting to fit a little better. Natalie is a great big sister. She does have her moments and we do have to guard Caleb since she is still little herself and doesn't really understand that brother can't eat real food, read books, or be used as a pillow. Other than that she is transitioning well.

As for mom and dad the transition has been pretty well also. Kevin has always helped with taking care of Natalie but he has helped out even more since Caleb's arrival. I am so thankful for having such a great husband who is so involved in his kids life's. It has been a bit more challenging for me to transition from one to two kids since I am at home with them all day. Thank goodness for all of Grandma, Mimi, and auntie Anie's help.

Christmas and New Year's was fun and eventful as always. We all got sick. Kevin got a cold, Natalie and Caleb got a cough and I got a sinus infection. We are all doing much better but poor little guy still has a bit of a cough.

We have been loving this warm weather Southern California has been having. It makes me want Spring to get her already, but then I realize that I have to go back to work March and then I;m fine with it still being cold for a little while longer.

Sophie is almost here. Anie looks so cute pregnant. Poor thing is so uncomfortable now, I told her it would only get worse. Good thing it's all worth it when you hold your baby for the first time.

Well that's it for now. I will try to update more often.
